Important Notes & Happenings

Chapel Mission ~ Our mission for May is Lutheran World Relief.  

ILEARN ~ Well done 3rd graders!  You all worked very hard and completed the tests with your best effort!

AR ~ The last day to read and take test for AR is Monday, May 20th.

Kickball ~ We won our first game in the kickball tourney.  It was a close one between us and Mrs. Tracey's 4th grade.  I'll let you know when our second game is.

For Your Calendars ~

Wednesday 5/8 ~ Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, thank you Mrs. Pollert for subbing for me while I enjoy a lunch with my colleagues.

Friday 5/10 ~ Mrs. Bumbleburg will be leaving at noon.

Academic Notes

Religion ~ We will finish our unit on Joseph and the 10 commendments in our lives.

Memory ~ Hebrews 13:5 "Be content with what you have, for He has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."

Reading ~ We will be reading two texts from our reading books about music and dance.

English ~ Subordinating conjuctions

Writing ~ Narrative stories that included dialogue

Math ~ We will finish our geometry unit and begin a unit on double digit multiplication.

Science ~ We will be completing a STEM project in class.
